I am not that fond of desserts anymore, but I absolutely LOVE a roasted marshmallow! Especially roasted on a stick over a fire on the beach. It totally means Summer to me.
I'm with Sarah. Now, if only someone would invent a low-carb, low-cal marshmallow that retains the sticky goodness of the real thing.
